I read with interest an article on Florida investments in the newspaper yesterday and really would like to "take the next step". My house is now paid off and it is time to find a vacation home. I am not scared by some pundits still claiming further losses in the US real estate market and I would like to get in now (what goes down must come back up). The article mentioned a field guide - is that something you can send me? In Canada we have the multiple listings that show all real estate for sale coast to coast for ease of reference. I am having alot of difficulty sorting through the reams of internet hits for real estate in Florida and was wondering if there is somewhere that I can go that lists all available property so I can get an idea of what is available? I am planning a visit to the state within the next month and would like to hook up with someone such as yourself to help me see what is available in my price range. Any assistance you could provide would be appreciated. If this requires a phone call then let me know and I will call sometime this week. Thanks Rob Regina, Saskatchewan
