Steve Dalia entered the Real Estate market with more than 25 years of professional sales experience. Mr. Dalia began his sales career in 1983 with the Xerox Corporation where he built a highly successful sales career on the solid foundation of some of the most renowned sales training in the world.

As a consistent top sales performer, Mr. Dalia spent the majority of his sales career in Software sales working with Fortune 1,000 companies, where he continued his distinctive track record of sales and professionalism.

Since starting his Real Estate career in 2003, he has achieved record-breaking sales of preconstruction Real Estate through his savvy web marketing and commitment to excellence.

Mr. Dalia has created a powerful marketing engine to provide immediate and constant communication between builders/developers and investor and end-user clients alike.
